How much notice in advance do you require?
At least a week in advance to ensure the date is available. If you need a cake made in a rush, give us a 24 hours notice in advance.
How do I place an order?
Email us about the cake flavor and the idea of design you want, I will send you quote. Price vary depends on materials, flavors, serving size, etc. Please let me know the expected date and time.
What are your business hours?
You can contact me via text message, through Facebook or email; whichever works well for you.
Are the pictures on this website the only designs available?
No, if you have an idea for your cake, I am more than happy to listen and try to make your ideas/visions come true. You can also send me sample images of the cake you would like to see.
I have a budget and can't spend too much. Can you give me a discount?
I do not offer discounts as my cakes are fairly priced compared to other cakes at the bakery of this quality and taste. I will however be more than happy to work with the person and work with you to accommodate your budget.

Do you deliver?
Yes, I deliver. I charge $15 for the first 10 miles. Each additional mile is $1
Is a deposit required? When is it due?
A 50% deposit is required on all orders after the day the order is placed. If no deposit is received after the agreement date then the order form is void*

Will cakes be packed in the box?
Yes we will pack them in the box however most custom cakes are not boxed and need to travel on a clean flat surface with adequate flow of air conditioned. Holding the cake in your lap or placing in a vehicle seat is not recommended.
What type of payment do you accept?
I only accept cash. No exceptions.
Do you provide stands?
Yes I do provide one upon request. I have cupcake stands available for an additional charge. A deposit is due on each of them and they must be returned no later than 48 hours after event.
Do you freeze your products?
No all my cakes are made to order and get baked the day before. I never freeze any of my products.
How can I drive when I have cake in cargo?
Speed is not a problem but smooth acceleration, braking, and turning is extremely important. A cake can be destroyed in seconds if special driving instructions are not obeyed.
How can I preserve the cake?
ALWAYS PROPERLY COVER AND REGRIGERATE LEFTOVER CAKE.
